Payment Options and Terms

For our customer’s convenience, offers a variety of payment options, including:

At MED-SELL.COM, we accept a variety of convenient payment options. We know that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to clinical facilities and situations. We give you the options you want in order to get you the high-quality medical equipment you need when you need it.

Our Financing Payment Terms

For hospitals or repeat customers within the United States, payment terms can be established at MED-SELL.COM discretion. Typically for facilities, net 30-day payment terms or terms acceptable to your particular facility can often be created. In other instances, we have reasonable restrictions. Please contact us if you have questions about making payments on your purchase. All payments must be in U.S. Currency.


Prices & Price Changes

Our prices do not include freight or handling fees and are subject to correction or change without notice. Please contact us for a rate quote prior to order.

Sales Tax

We do not collect sales tax on any of our products, unless within the State of North Carolina. Purchasers outside of North Carolina are responsible for remitting any sales tax. For sales within North Carolina, MED-SELL.COM will collect all applicable state and local sales taxes unless the buyer submits a valid State of North Carolina Tax Exempt Certificate.

Late Or Delinquent Payments

We reserve the right to charge interest for late or delinquent payments. Prior to assessing any interest on late or delinquent payments, the original purchaser shall be notified in writing by MED-SELL.COM. The amount of interest charged shall comply with applicable state and local laws. In extreme instances, we may utilize collection agencies at our own discretion in order to recoup any delinquent payments owed by the original purchaser.

Damaged Shipments

We carefully package every product that leaves our facility and use well-known carriers for shipping and freight. It is unlikely you will receive anything that is damaged from the shipping process. If you do receive damaged equipment, please contact us right away. 

  • Please thoroughly inspect your package upon delivery. Customer must notify the carrier of any visible damage at time of delivery for insurance claim purposes.

  • Non-visible damage to the product due to shipping must be reported to MED-SELL.COM within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

  • If the equipment is damaged beyond use or visibly needs repair, the customer should refuse delivery of the shipment and notify MED-SELL.COM immediately.


Returns + Repairs

Typically, all sales are final. Returns are generally not accepted unless the product sold proves to be defective. If the product is defective, the original purchaser / customer may return it to MED-SELL.COM for repair or replacement at our discretion. We will be responsible for all shipping costs for repair or replacement.

In the rare instance that a purchase order is canceled by the original purchaser / customer and MED-SELL.COM agrees to accept a product return:

  • No merchandise may be returned without the prior written authorization of MED-SELL.COM.

  • We do not accept returns or canceled purchase orders for special or customized orders.

  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the customer (non-negotiable).

  • The customer is responsible for 100% of all shipping costs if the products have already shipped.

  • The return period for products is 30-days from delivery.


The original purchaser / customer is responsible for ensuring all products arrive back to MED-SELL.COM undamaged and in the condition it was received. We will thoroughly inspect and test returned products and reserve the right to impose a customer fee if the product is damaged or the condition is misrepresented.

Expedited Service

Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. If you need expedited shipping, please select that option during checkout. Our team will contact you with the expedited shipping options and cost and options prior to processing your order. MED-SELL.COM is able to ship equipment with the customer’s shipping account by request.


White glove service:

For larger or complex orders, our equipment specialists can provide on-site “white glove” service to assist you with unloading, unpacking, and installing equipment into your facility. We recognize that the physical layout of some facilities can make it somewhat challenging to deliver and install equipment.


Our experienced specialists can handle the entire installation process making it smooth and trouble-free for you. Additional freight costs will apply for inside delivery and “white glove” service. White glove delivery is usually available between 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., Monday – Friday. Additional costs will apply if delivery is needed after hours.

  • White Glove service includes delivery, unpacking, removal and disposal of packing materials.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items can be delivered safely in the room.

  • Carrier delivery agents are not able to remove old equipment or obstacles.

  • Freight and White Glove Delivery are available for customers within the U.S. as well as overseas for an additional charge. Please indicate “White Glove Delivery” in the notes at check out.

  • Our team will contact you via phone or email with the additional delivery cost prior to processing your order.
